Does Lucky Diva ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to wherever there is any kind of postal service.

How do I place an order?

To place an order please fill out our order form, which you find in the menu and beneath each product. After we have recieved your order we will provide you with all further details, such as the total amount of your purchase, our bank details or our paypal address.

How do I pay for my ordered items? And will there be any hidden fees?

You can pay via paypal or money transfer to a German bank account.
From our side there are no other fees than the selling price and the price for shipping and handling. We will not charge you any extra costs if you pay via paypal.

My size is not available. Is it possible to order sizes not listed on the website?

Usually this isn't possible. But please feel free to contact us and ask us about it. If you are lucky we can direct you to other websites or shops carrying Lucky Diva items. In this case please do not use our order form, but send us an email to luckydiva@gmx.de.

The item I would like to buy is marked "SOLD OUT". Will it come back in stock anytime soon?

Yes. Unless the item is marked a single piece it will be back in stock. Please feel free to send us an email if you would like further details about when your desired item will be back.

I've seen a picture of an item at Lucky Diva's myspace profile but it is not available in the online shop. Is there any possibility I can buy it anyway?

Usually this isn't possible. But please feel free to contact us and ask us about it. If you are lucky we can direct you to other websites or shops carrying Lucky Diva items. In this case please do not use our order form, but send an email to luckydiva@gmx.de.

Does Lucky Diva have a store or a showroom where I can try on some items?

No, we are sorry, we don't have a store.

Can I give back or exchange a Lucky Diva item if it's not the right size or I don't like it for any other reason?

Yes. You can give back or exchange any unworn item within 14 day after recieving it.

I sent an email to Lucky Diva and I do not get a response. Why?

we do our best to answer ALL messages sent to Lucky Diva customer service within 3 business days. If you do not get an answer, there might be the following reasons for it:

          *your message did not reach us: please make sure you used the correct email address and you included the words "LUCKY DIVA" in your subject line. Otherwise your mail might get lost in our spam folder.

          *our answer did not reach you: please check your spamfolder and settings. Even though we never send out spam, it has happened before that some of our messages were blocked by customers by mistake while they were waiting for an answer.

Does Lucky Diva do wholesale?

Lucky Diva doesn't offer wholesale right now.

If you are a shopkeeper and you are interested in Lucky Diva products, please feel free to provide us with your email address for our mailing list. We will let you know as soon as we offer wholesale again.
